Q: Standings Displaying Incorrectly in App
A: Log out of your SportsEngine account, fully close your phone app, delete your app, go into the app store, download again, re-open and log in. This forces a refresh and ensures you're using the latest version.

How to Use SportEngine App!
SCORE REPORTING

1. Go to the Softball Calgary website www.softballcalgary.com and create a log in if you don't have one.
2. Only after you have created a log in at www.softballcalgary.com download the Sports Engine App. (Available in both Android and Apple stores at no cost)
3. Sign in to the Sport Engine App, using the same log in you created at www.softballcalgary.com
IF YOU CREATE A LOG IN DIRECTLY ON THE APP, IT WILL NOT WORK. YOU MUST CREATE THE LOG IN ON THE www.softballcalgary.com WEBSITE.

Team Captains, once you AND your co-captain have signed onto the Sports Engine App succesfuly, please forward me your names, team name, and both the email addresses the two of you used to log in. Only then will I be able to grant "Manager" status to record scores. |
4. Once logged into the app, at the top of the screen, you can search your team's name or search your league in the following format: "2024 League Name".
a. There may be other teams using your team's name, so make sure you have the correct team.
5. Select your team. This will open a page showing your schedule and other options. If you highlight the star on the top of the page, it will save your team as your favorite. You will then not have to search it every time.
6. Select the game you are playing from the schedule.
7. Tap the Score Sheet Icon.
8. Input the score.
9. Change status of game to Final
10. It will instantly update the standings.
The winning team normally submits the score, but it should be a non-issue. It takes 15 seconds. Please stay current with your scorekeeping.
FYI, Sports Engine can also do the following:
- If you choose to upload a roster, players can RSVP for every game.
- Team group chat
- You can upload individual stats
- Upload pictures
- Post messages
